Retailer Return & Refund Policy

1. Applicability

This Return & Refund Policy is applicable only to Retailer Channel Partners enrolled under the Retailer Channel Partner Earning Model.

The policies, benefits, and return provisions applicable to Individual Channel Partners shall not apply to Retailer Channel Partners.

2. Return Eligibility

Retailer Channel Partners may return eligible products within 45 days from the date of purchase if:

The products remain unsold; or

The retailer is no longer interested in continuing with the purchased stock.

3. Quantity Eligible for Return

Returns shall be accepted only under the following conditions:

A complete set of products may be returned; or

Up to 50% of the quantity purchased in a particular set may be returned.

Example:

If 10 pieces are purchased as one set:

All 10 pieces may be returned; or

Up to 5 unsold pieces may be returned.

If only 1 piece remains unsold after selling 9 pieces, that single piece shall not be eligible for return.

4. Refund & Stock Exchange

Eligible returned products shall qualify for:

100% refund of the purchase value after deduction of applicable transport, courier, shipping, or logistics charges, if any; or

100% value stock exchange, whereby the retailer may exchange eligible returned products for other available company products of equivalent value.

5. Product Condition

Returned products shall be accepted only if they are:

Unused and unworn.

In their original condition.

Free from stains, damage, alterations, washing, or signs of use.

Returned with the original company tags, labels, threads, and packaging intact.

Products with damaged packaging, missing tags, broken threads, alterations, or any signs of use shall not be accepted.

6. Proof of Purchase

The Retailer Channel Partner shall provide:

Original purchase invoice/bill.

Product code matching the company’s sales records.

Any additional details required for verification.

The company reserves the right to reject any return if the product details do not match its official records.

7. Inspection & Approval

All returned products shall be inspected by the company before approval.

Refunds or stock exchanges shall be processed only after successful verification that the products comply with this policy.

8. Final Decision

The decision of DStitch24 Tie-Ups Private Limited regarding the acceptance, rejection, refund, or exchange of returned products shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.
