Dstitch24 Tie-Ups Private Limited offers a buyback facility to its direct sellers in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and other applicable laws.
Unsold products in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Products should be in resalable condition as determined by the company.
- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for buyback.
The company reserves the right to verify the condition of returned products before accepting the buyback request.
Buyback is applicable only for direct sellers and not for general retail customers.
Buyback shall be provided in accordance with applicable direct selling rules, ensuring protection of direct sellers against unsold inventory.
Any deductions will be reasonable and clearly communicated.
Applicable deductions may include handling charges, shipping costs, or damages, if any.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification to the original mode of payment.
