This Return & Refund Policy applies to Stitch24, operated by Dstitch24 Tie-Ups Private Limited.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel an order within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or stitching/customization work has begun.
After processing or customization has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
2. Return Policy for Goods
Returns are applicable only for non-customized, ready-made products, if available.
- Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original condition.
- Products must be returned with original packaging.
3. Customized Products
Customized or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during delivery, or incorrect product delivery.
- Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
- No return or refund will be accepted after dispatch.
4. Refund Eligibility
- Order cancelled within 48 hours before processing.
- Eligible return of non-customized goods.
- Product not delivered.
- Major defect attributable to the company.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Incorrect measurements or details provided by the customer.
- Minor variations in stitching, color, or design.
- Used or damaged returned products.
6. Refund Process
All refunds are processed in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
